How to Make Custom Printable Label Sheets

Calculate generic label dimensions, page margins, gaps, fit counts, text alignment, and actual-size test printing.

What this template is for

A generic label sheet is defined by physical label width and height, horizontal and vertical gaps, page margins, paper size, and orientation. Enter the measured millimeter values from the sheet or packaging.

Fields and calculations that matter

The tool calculates labels per row, labels per column, and total labels without shrinking the requested dimensions. Align text within each repeated label, select a bounded font size, and enable a border when a cutting or test guide is useful.

Customize and review the preview

Complete the fields locally, add or reorder repeatable rows where available, choose A4 or Letter and the intended orientation, then inspect wrapping, totals, and physical geometry in the live preview.

Important limitations

No named commercial compatibility is claimed. Use Actual Size or 100 percent, disable fit-to-page where appropriate, print one test sheet, and verify margins, gaps, and label size with a ruler before using expensive stock.
