What this template is for
An expense tracker is an ongoing personal or general spending log. It differs from an expense report, which normally requests business reimbursement or approval.
Fields and calculations that matter
Record date, category, description, optional payment-method text, and amount for each entry. Category totals help reveal how the entered spending is distributed, while the overall total provides the selected range's sum.
Customize and review the preview
Complete the fields locally, add or reorder repeatable rows where available, choose A4 or Letter and the intended orientation, then inspect wrapping, totals, and physical geometry in the live preview.
Important limitations
No bank or card account is connected, classifications are not verified, and the tracker does not submit reimbursement claims or provide financial advice.
Print or save the current PDF privately
Choose Print / Save PDF and inspect paper size, orientation, scale, margins, and page breaks. Content remains in current-tab memory and is not uploaded or persisted by OpenFileTools.
