Including a URL does not guarantee crawling or indexing. Keep the sitemap focused on canonical URLs that are actually intended for search discovery.
Avoid fabricated freshness
Only provide lastmod when it reflects a meaningful content update. Updating every date on every build can make the signal less useful.
Use priority and changefreq cautiously
Search engines may ignore these optional hints. They should never replace good internal linking, canonicalization, or actual content maintenance.
This tool does not crawl your website
The planner generates XML only from the rows you enter. It does not fetch URLs, discover redirects, or verify HTTP status codes.
