Track expiry dates early
A valid document may still be unacceptable if a destination requires remaining validity beyond the trip. Record expiry dates and verify current rules directly with governments, airlines, or official consular sources.

The checklist is designed for document names, owners, expiry dates and status. Avoid entering passport numbers, scans, passwords, security codes or other sensitive identifiers.
Export only what is safe to share
If a travel companion needs the checklist, remove private notes first and keep originals in a secure location.
