Build around time, place, and commitment
Each itinerary row combines date, time, location, activity, reservation status, expected cost and notes. This reduces the common problem of keeping bookings in one place and daily plans somewhere else.
Leave realistic transition time
Do not pack every day edge to edge. Add transfer, check-in, parking, security, meal and recovery time so the itinerary remains usable in real conditions.
Keep confirmation data safe
A booking reference can be useful, but avoid entering passport numbers, passwords, payment card data, or other secrets into a planning export that may be shared.
Use exports as working documents
CSV supports spreadsheet edits and the calendar export can seed a personal calendar. Verify time zones before importing events for international travel.
