Secure redaction is different from drawing a black box over recoverable content. This tool rebuilds every affected page from redacted pixels, while unaffected pages remain structural PDF copies.
The managed PDF.js session renders each affected page sequentially at bounded lossless quality. Selected pixels are replaced, then a new PDF is built without copying any original object from affected pages. The result is reopened, its geometry is validated, affected pages are checked for residual searchable text, and only then is download enabled.
