Customs paperwork is transaction-specific.
India’s framework recognizes commercial invoice/packing-list documentation, but restricted or regulated goods can require additional certificates, NOCs or agency documents. Trade Studio does not invent those requirements.
The quotation is the first commercial document in the shared Trade Studio project. Seller, buyer, goods and terms persist locally so an accepted quote can move into the pro forma and later shipment documents without retyping.
Make the commercial offer explicit
- Identify the legal seller and buyer.
- List product, quantity, unit price, currency and verified classification where known.
