Local processing, explicit choices.
The browser stores working data in local component state, calculates summaries on-device, and creates requested downloads locally. OpenFileTools does not receive the working dataset.

Does this use live external data?
No. Unless a future tool explicitly says otherwise, Batch 4 uses only the values and files you provide.
